As site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities required to ensure successful execution of the construction and installation services involved in building or converting high-voltage and extra high-voltage facilities. In doing so, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality on the power line construction sites.

Your main tasks will be:

• Expediting the construction schedule
• Identifying, logging and documenting open issues
• Performing a target/actual comparison of planning and execution
• Monitoring the stock of materials
• Following up and clarifying defects
• Preparing and checking change-order documents
• Ensuring health & safety on the construction site
• Reporting to project management
• Acting as first point of contact on site

• Engineer, state-certified engineer or master craftsman in electrical engineering, power engineering or a similar field
• Several years of experience in overhead power line construction would be an advantage
• Health & safety coordinator skills would be an advantage
• A very good command of English, while a command of German would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Valid driver’s license required
